Lisa Hicks is Principal and Co-Founder of GLC Development & Construction Partners, where she helps owners, developers, investors, and project partners navigate the full development and construction process—from early vision, due diligence, and feasibility through preconstruction, execution, and delivery.
With decades of experience across multifamily, mixed-use, commercial real estate, construction management, owner’s representation, business development, and strategic advisory services, Lisa brings a relationship-driven approach to complex projects. Her work focuses on aligning the right people, strategies, and resources early so teams can move projects forward with clarity, accountability, and confidence.
Before co-founding GLC, Lisa held senior business development and growth roles with Roers Companies, FitzGerald, Quest Design & Millwork, and Absolute Productions. Across these roles, she led market expansion, pursuit strategy, client development, brand positioning, and strategic partnerships for developers, builders, architects, ownership groups, and real estate organizations across Texas and national markets.
At Quest Design & Millwork, she helped grow annual revenue from $450,000 to $35 million and built long-term client relationships that generated more than $25 million in annual repeat business. At FitzGerald, she directed national business development and marketing initiatives, partnering with firm leadership to strengthen client relationships, expand visibility, and secure new opportunities across multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, office, commercial, and adaptive reuse sectors.
Lisa’s expertise includes development advisory, owner’s representation, construction management, preconstruction strategy, project management, due diligence, site selection, feasibility analysis, design coordination, value engineering, entitlement support, business development, and strategic planning.
