With nearly three decades of construction and land development experience, Gary brings a practical, field-driven perspective to every stage of a project—from site selection, due diligence, and preconstruction through construction and project delivery. His background spans executive construction leadership, sitework operations, project management, bidding, land development, utility infrastructure, earthwork, safety, and team leadership across multiple U.S. markets.

Gary has led projects from the ground up, giving him a comprehensive understanding of how successful developments are planned, built, and delivered. His experience spanning field operations through executive leadership enables him to anticipate challenges early, coordinate teams effectively, control costs, and keep projects on schedule. Known for his collaborative approach and practical problem-solving, Gary partners closely with owners, consultants, and contractors to reduce risk, maximize value, and guide projects from concept to completion with confidence.
