Gary Silbernagel
Principal at GLC Development & Construction Partners
Gary Silbernagel is Principal and Co-Founder of GLC Development & Construction Partners, where he provides strategic development, construction, and owner’s advisory services for multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial projects.
With nearly three decades of construction and land development experience, Gary brings a practical, field-informed perspective to every stage of a project—from early planning, due diligence, and preconstruction through execution and delivery. His background spans executive construction leadership, sitework operations, project management, bidding, land development, utility infrastructure, earthwork, safety, and team leadership across multiple U.S. markets.
Before co-founding GLC, Gary served as Vice President of Construction at OE Construction Corp. in Golden, Colorado. Prior to that, he spent more than 26 years with Belair Sitework Services, advancing through operations, field supervision, project management, national development, general management, and regional leadership roles. That progression gives him a deep understanding of how projects are built from the ground up, as well as the operational discipline required to keep schedules, budgets, teams, and project goals aligned.
Gary’s experience includes complex sitework, infrastructure, grading, utilities, construction coordination, project bidding, preconstruction strategy, and field execution. His project background includes large-scale commercial and institutional work involving extensive water, sewer, storm, drainage, grading, import, safety coordination, and quality control requirements.
At GLC Development & Construction Partners, Gary focuses on connecting the right partners, creating opportunity, and helping owners, developers, investors, contractors, and project teams bring vision to reality. His approach is grounded in relationships, accountability, practical problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering value for clients and partners.
